We are a dedicated team of software developers and professionals whose passion and purpose is helping entrepreneurs succeed.

We started FINSYNC to help businesses run better by bringing all finances in sync. The goal was to eliminate the need for numerous back office applications so businesses can operate with less expenses, greater efficiency and better analytics. 3.5 years later, with 15 software developers working in concert, we celebrated the commercial launch of FINSYNC as a fully integrated solution designed specifically for small to mid size businesses. Everything needed to run and grow your business is custom built, in sync and guaranteed to save you time and money.

Today, we continue to innovate, developing new solutions through customer feedback and in partnership with CPA firms and banks who share our passion for helping businesses run measurably better.

The Team

Tucker Mathis

FINSYNC is the culmination of Tucker’s experiences as a banker, business advisor, investor and financial technology entrepreneur. Prior to FINSYNC, Tucker was founder and CEO of TM Capital, Mortgage Technologies and The Heritage Group.

Eric Froistad

Eric has served in executive finance positions for public and private companies and was the CFO of venture backed TSYS Loyalty, a leading provider of loyalty management and technology services to the financial services/card payments sector.

Anna Maiolo

Anna has over 20 years experience in financial services. Prior to FINSYNC she was CCO of online lender Kabbage, VP of Revolution Money, and Director of Financial Operations at CompuCredit.

Stephen Clark

Stephen is an experienced marketing professional and strategist who has worked for several prominent financial technology companies. For over 20 years he has delivered solutions that consistently contributed to business growth. He was most recently VP of New Business Development at FIS.

Doug Mulkey

Doug has over 20 years experience building highly secure and scalable financial software applications. He was formerly an architect at accounting software provider Sage, and before then, he was an architect for online banking and payment technologies provider Metavante.

Brian Wetzel
Chief Architect

Brian is an experienced software developer with a passion for using this skill to help small business owners become more successful. He was most recently senior software architect and a principal software engineer at Sage.

Martin Parets
Chief Designer

Martin has over ten years experience designing and developing software applications that are intuitive, user-friendly, and attractive. He was most recently chief designer for BillFold, Inc.

Eddie Davis
VP – Business Development

Eddie has over 10 years of experience in business development and growing market share. He founded and managed multiple companies in Latin America prior to completing his MBA at the University of Georgia. He is passionate about helping small businesses succeed through implementing technology best practices.

Jordan Wilson
VP – Sales

Jordan comes from a consultative sales background in Human Capital Management and has worked with a range of companies from your local small business to national corporations. Jordan believes strongly in partnerships and enjoys working with clients to solve their needs and putting clients in a better position to win.

Leigh Grady
Director of Payroll Services

Leigh has over 18 years in the payroll industry serving as Head of Payroll for a staffing company and Payroll Manager / Trainer at a local payroll company.  She is passionate about giving full attention to clients as well as making sure they are utilizing the system to their fullest potential

Mike Savory
Senior Product Manager

Mike joins FINSYNC with more than 15 years of product management experience. Mike’s focus is on building inventive and thoughtfully designed solutions for our customers. Mike was previously a Senior Product Manager for Sage’s small business accounting solutions.

Doug Matthews
Senior Software Developer

Doug has developed software for online banking and payment technologies provider Metavante, as well as, Bank of America and Turner Broadcasting, among others. He was most recently director of technology for i-COMET Technologies.

Alan Hecht
Senior Software Developer

Alan brings over 20 years of technical experience to the team. Prior to joining FINSYNC he was lead developer at RentPath, formerly known as Primedia, and before then he was senior software engineer at Sage.

Chris Bertsch
Senior Software Developer

Chris has over 20 years experience developing software for various industries such as telecommunications, healthcare and financial. He brings to FINSYNC years of experience developing applications to help small and mid sized businesses succeed. He was most recently a principal software engineer at Sage.

Adam Lister
Senior Software Developer

Adam has over 10 years of experience developing production web applications in a wide range of industries, including financial, healthcare, higher education, automotive, and non-profit. He was most recently a senior software engineer at Onlife Health.

Rick Price
Senior Software Developer

Rick brings more than 20 years of experience to FINSYNC. He was most recently a senior software development manager at Sage and before then he was director of product development at Metavante.

Steve Coulson
Senior Software Developer

Steve comes to FINSYNC with over 30 years’ experience in developing software solutions. Before joining the team, he was most recently a software developer at Pindrop and before then he was a senior software engineer at Nomi.

Aida Syrkett
Software Developer

Aida is a software developer who enjoys using the problem-solving skills that building software requires and leveraging all her skills to help customers.  She started her career as an intern at Sage and then as an application developer at UnitedHealth Group.

Abunaw Ose
Software Developer

Abunaw is a software developer who uses his skill to help entrepreneurs. He started his software career as a tutor and QA Intern which he leverages at FINSYNC to help businesses solve problems and grow their business.

Denise Freeman
Director of QA

Denise is an ISTQB certified professional Quality Assurance Engineer with over 19 years of experience testing web based and desktop business and accounting solutions. She was formerly a principal quality assurance engineer at accounting software provider Sage. She is a customer advocate and a highly skilled quality thought leader.

Zulfiquar Likhon
Senior QA Engineer

Zulfi comes to FINSYNC with over 8 years experience testing E-commerce, Retail and Mobile business solutions. He is an ISTQB certified professional Quality Assurance Engineer in addition to being CSM certified. He was most recently at Sage accounting software where he was a Sr. QA Engineer.

Leah Lindsey
Senior QA Engineer

Leah has over 10 years’ experience in testing, quality assurance and IT Support & Administration. She brings to FINSYNC all the knowledge she has gained working at some industry leaders such as Siemens, Kabbage and Med Assets. Leah is driven by the desire to achieve the highest level of quality ensuring clients have the best user experience.

Melissa Mathews

Melissa brings to the team more than 15 years of experience as a software developer in online banking and financial software. She was most recently a senior software engineer at Earthlink working on inventory systems and prior to that she was at Metavante on their web-based internet banking development team.

Nathan has over 7 years’ experience in customer service and client relations. His experience working with nonprofits has translated into his role today. He is passionate about engaging customers to meet their needs and doing whatever it takes to help them achieve excellence. With a desire to serve and go the extra mile, he is always looking for ways to help his clients maximize their potential.

As a member of the FINSYNC team Morgan strives to provide clients with unparalleled customer service and proficiency.  Her background includes over 5 years of payroll experience and 9 years of customer service experience. She is passionate about working alongside clients to ensure success, accuracy, and efficiency within their businesses.

On top of a degree in Business Psychology with experience in Human Resource Management and Data Analysis from Kennesaw State University, Justin brings five years of customer service experience to the FINSYNC Payroll Department. He strives to build relationships based on peace of mind and great customer service.

Lauren joins FINSYNC with over 9 years of experience in finance and payroll with companies such as Payscape Advisors and Payroll Strategies. She has a passion for client success and measures herself by the delight of her clients.
