About Us
Through our CO.STARTERS content, course material, and instruction, we empower entrepreneurs to build their dream business.
The result: life, community, and economic impact that matters.
“CO.STARTERS was, without a doubt, the biggest bang for our buck. And it's doing the same thing in cities all across the state of Tennessee. We couldn't even spell entrepreneurship fifteen years ago in Chattanooga. Look at us now.”

About sponsoring a CO.STARTERS cohort
On a Mission
Over a decade ago we initiated a hands-on collaborative approach in a single community. Since then our efforts have expanded into a national network of community leaders on a common mission:
Empower entrepreneurs with the startup support, software, and services to build the thriving business of their dreams.
And transform local communities into a thriving entrepreneur ecosystem and a better, brighter place for everyone.
About sponsoring a CO.STARTERS cohort
“A small business is an amazing way to serve and drive impact in the communities we live in. We're proud to sponsor CO.STARTERS to help make more business dreams a reality.”
Sponsor CO.STARTERS for Your Community
For $4,500 per community, per cohort (8 to 12 people), you get:
- Ability to support people in your community in building the business of their dreams.
- Training for bankers to speak to upcoming cohorts with potential participants and community organizations.
- Marketing resources to help attract aspiring entrepreneurs and established businesses to join the cohorts you sponsor.
- Help finding, engaging, and training the facilitator to conduct cohorts.1,2
This is a great way to:
- Support people and community.
- Build better businesses and borrowers.
- Increase brand awareness and value.
- Develop CRA credit.
- FINSYNC covers the cost of the facilitator, which is typically in the range of $1,000 per cohort.
- Cohort participants will need to buy their own books or be furnished the books by a sponsor ($275 per participant).
We make business dreams a reality, starting with one connection at a time.
Connect with the next aspiring entrepreneur or established business looking to grow faster and stronger through FINSYNC and we'll help us all work together to drive life, community, and economic impact that matters.
Sponsorship opportunities are limited to cohorts and communities.
