How do I register for a free 7-day trial?
First decide which plan is best for your business and then go to https://www.finsync.com/pricing and complete the enrollment process. You will need to verify your email address and then immediately begin syncing your bank account(s) and leveraging FINSYNC for your business.
Is a subscription required to use FINSYNC?
Once you subscribe to FINSYNC, you can enjoy a free 7 day free trial with any
FINSYNC plan. FINSYNC offers monthly plans that include a (no contract) monthly subscription.
What happens after the 7 day free trial period?
You will be billed for a subscription if you continue to use FINSYNC after the 7 day free trial expires. Subscriptions are then billed monthly during the first week of each calendar month.
How do I pay for FINSYNC?
FINSYNC automatically deducts the monthly subscription fee from a designated payment account. You can revise the bank account used for the subscription fee as needed.
Can I use FINSYNC anywhere?
At this time, FINSYNC is available in the U.S. and for use with banks that are part of the US ACH network. While you can use FINSYNC to access your information from a desktop or mobile device, only U.S. banks are supported.
Is there a mobile app for FINSYNC?
FINSYNC is available on a mobile phone using any supported browser. FINSYNC’s mobile phone experience focuses primarily on bank account information as well as payment/invoicing features.
Can I import data into FINSYNC?
FINSYNC supports the import of customer, vendor and banking transactions using a CSV file. You can contact FINSYNC for guidance and assistance with importing data into your FINSYNC profile.
