Our SMARTstart Small Business Program is an innovative suite of programs that provides the tools growing businesses need for long-term success.

The Rural Business and Training Center (RBTC), Inc., is a “boots-on-ground,” 501(c)(3) Innovation Center located in Demopolis, Alabama. The RBTC is organized, designed, and operated by local entrepreneurs and small business owners to recruit and develop other entrepreneurs to start and successfully run businesses in Marengo, Greene, and surrounding Blackbelt counties.

Girls For Technology is a black, woman-led organization focusing on holistic and immersive programming to catalyze economic empowerment for women of color. We provide crucial training, resources, technology, and support to develop entrepreneurs, cultivate leaders, and build wealth.
