Acting as a thought partner catalyst for innovation, providing structure and direction while fostering an environment where participants can collaborate, learn, and grow. Being able to offer insights, resources, and support to empower entrepreneurs starters and founders to develop their skills, build networks, and navigate the challenges of the startup ecosystem is very rewarding.
