For more than 15 years, Human Resource and Business Management have been a passion for me. As a facilitator previously and now with Co-Starters, the ability to help others become successful hinges upon our transparency and engagement with future entrepreneurs. I believe that I am the liaison in this journey and my responsibility is to provide guidance and to help them skillfully conceive, plan, develop, and execute their ideas into plans that unlock their dreams and goals. that results in the attraction, retention, and engagement of high-performing teams.
