Community Advocate
Builds awareness and support for the program by connecting with stakeholders, funders, and community influencers who champion entrepreneurship.
Why This Role Matters
The Community Advocate is a trusted and visible champion for local entrepreneurship efforts. Whether part of a nonprofit, chamber, or grassroots initiative, this person helps spread the word, builds trust with entrepreneurs, and encourages people to engage with local programs and resources.
This role is especially important in communities where outreach capacity is limited or where relationship-building is key to participation. Community Advocates help bridge gaps, between programs and people, between organizers and overlooked audiences, ensuring more entrepreneurs know about and feel welcomed into the ecosystem.
