No More Hauling Dorm Stuff with Summer Pack-It’s Moving Services

SUPPORTED BY DOMI STATION – Ronnie Lacy started Summer Pack-It in response to a problem facing many college students—how to avoid hauling a year’s worth of college back home with you each summer. Summer Pack-It is an all-inclusive moving and storage service for college students. They give students the packing supplies, pick up the boxes, store them for the summer, and deliver them when they return in the fall.

Ronnie and his business partner, Xion Lester, joined Domi Station’s CO.STARTERS program to focus on how to grow their business. Since they’d already been in business for two years, they laughed that CO.STARTERS was less about “get started” for them and more about “get it together.” According to Xion, “It was very helpful to be around a community of entrepreneurs and have a support system of people who are facing the same things you are facing.”
